We liked the restaurant menu service and view. The swimingpools are great. The jacuzzi could be warm, we tried at night and it was cold water not what you typically expexct from a jacuzzi

Service was great. The breakfast buffet was great. Everyone so nice and kind. Housekeeping clean the room even when we were leaving that same day, that was super nice!!!

I liked the location, the water pool was nice, also the restaurant has a "cake afternoon" which is like a buffet where you can eat many desserts.

All three were excellent : location, room and view. The spa staff was excellent. The porters were excellent. All staff was friendly. Restaurant was very nice for breakfast.

I loved that we had a corner room with a balcony that wrapped around each side. Also the sitting area in the room and refrigerator was great. Room service is a plus. Location is hands down the best part of the stay. 3 swimming pools!

Perfect location by the port. Close to historic center and easy to enjoy walks during any time of the day. View is also very pretty.

Perhaps because we extended our stay, we ended up in a room with a far lovelier view than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel every day, but on the occasions we chose the breakfast buffet we thought it was extremely good.

The rooms are nice and clean and the common areas are modern and nicely decorated. The location is amazing and very convenient.

property is really close to restaurants, shop market, the parroquia coffee restaurant, walk distance. the inside pool is nice for afternoon time especially when you finish going shopping. Bedrooms are confortable and clean.
