Emporio Veracruz

I loved the hotel location, the rooms were very clean, the housekeepers were amazing. We drove there and barely used our car as there are a lot of attractions near by.

From the very moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly, even though at time our lack of Spanish caused confusion. They even let us check in early. The room was perfect, the views from outside our balcony of the port was immaculate, the size of the room was amazing we had more than enough space. The location of the hotel on the port and next to the town square was excellent, we always felt safe when looking around the local area. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff again was very friendly. Pool area was never busy and very chilled. Cannot fault our stay, it exceeded our expectations and would happily stay there again.

My husband and I chose the Hotel Emporio Veracruz for a few days of exploration in a new (to us) city. It was a really good choice - great location and helpful staff. The views of the harbor are lovely and the downtown is very convenient. We'd certainly stay here again!

We liked the restaurant menu service and view. The swimingpools are great. The jacuzzi could be warm, we tried at night and it was cold water not what you typically expexct from a jacuzzi
